Shona has been a part time real estate agent for the last 20 years; worked full time in the social sevice sector for 24 years; and has been a real estate  investor for approximately 5 years. She decided to combine her love for real estate and her love for helping people into one business that does both. After purchasing distressed properties and fixing them up, she makes them available to low in come families and at risk populations through various programs. She wants to provide housing solutions to struggling populations.

Ezra has a passion for revenue and finance. He has a knack for business as he has worked as a tax collector for nearly  14 years. His skills translate into negotiating the best deals and keeping the company in the black when it comes each investment! It also means he has a great eye and lots of connections to contractors, landscapers and anyone else we might need to buy cheaper and sell for a profit! He has killer instincts when it comes to buying, selling and investing in real estate.
